This is adorable – the metal is rather thin, so you might want to add some magnets to the back to make it more substantial, OR perhaps glue it to the shelf it’s on. It won’t work with heavy books as it’s just too light. It’s best for light paperbacks. But c’mon it’s so darn cute and whimsical! I’l probably buy a few more – they’re ver cute and my students like the whimsy of it.

These are the cutest bookends I’ve ever seen!! I’m a cat lover and this is a cute way to hold my books together. They work well because you have a piece of the bookend to set books on, so it helps to hold them in place. I just love them!
